Our Story
Built on family, adventure, and the kind of partnership that feels both grounding and exciting - here's a little of how we got from a first hello to forever.
About us
It started with a chance encounter in Calgary, grew through adventures across two continents, and led, eventually, to a vineyard in the Fraser Valley and a question answered without hesitation.
What Brynn and Manoj have built together is something easy to feel but harder to put into words - a relationship full of warmth, laughter, and a shared love of life. Now they're ready to celebrate the next chapter with the people who made them who they are.
The short version
Manoj was visiting Calgary when he was set to meet his colleagues at a place called Rooftop, where Brynn happened to be working that evening. The moment she stopped at his table, the conversation sparked immediately: easy, warm, full of laughter. Brynn's other tables may have waited a little longer than usual that night. Manoj left knowing he wasn't done talking to her.
They collected passport stamps quickly: Monte Carlo, Nice, London, Dallas, Los Angeles, Toronto, Seattle, New York. Each city added something to their story. But Paris was different. Something about the light at dusk, the pace of the streets, the way the city seemed entirely unbothered by time, it wrapped itself around them and never fully let go.
Manoj told Brynn they were meeting his friend Perry in San Francisco. It was a perfectly ordinary plan - until it wasn't. He guided her up to the Marin Headlands as the Golden Gate Bridge emerged below them in the afternoon light. No Perry. Just Manoj, a ring, and a question he had been planning for months. Brynn said yes before he finished asking.
They searched far and wide, and found it right in their own backyard. Nestled in the Fraser Valley just outside Abbotsford, Cannon Estate Winery sits beneath the quiet watch of Mount Baker, a vineyard estate that felt immediately, unmistakably right. This is where it all comes together.
The proposal
Manoj told Brynn they were meeting his friend Perry. He led her to the Marin Headlands as the Golden Gate stretched out below. No Perry. Just a ring, the bridge, and the only question that mattered.
